Great location and friendly staff! the hotel is situated in a perfect spot in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions. the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Rooms are comfortable and cozy, and the breakfast is delicious. Plus, free Wi-Fi was a huge plus.
The hotel could improve its facilities. the decor is a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment.

Nice hotel, very friendly staff. Perfect for young couples at the very center of the old city.

Its is in the city centre.
The room was not clean, and had a bad smell. The curtains were damaged. The nearby restaurant, Don Peperone, recommended for dinner, serves food of a terrribly bad quality at a high price and should be avoided.

Great bedrooms with plenty of space and a balcony. Comfy bed and a great bathroom. The breakfast was awesome with a variety of delicious options. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions. The room service was good and the employees were always helpful. great value for the price.
The internet connection was a bit slow. The hotel could improve on the attention to detail, like peeling paint in some areas.

The staff were very friendly and ready to assist at all times. The view from the top floor bar is amazing, the hotel should make better use of this space and promote its use for business travellers and even as a gay friendly bar.
Some of the rooms are very small, we had to ask for a different room as too small for two people.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Old City section. Situated on a charming street with plenty of character, it was the perfect location to explore this city. The hotel facilities were great, especially the 2-level rooms which added a unique touch to our stay. We were also impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the entire hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, assisting us with bike rentals and providing storage for them in the basement. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious and a great way to start our day.
Couldn't fault this hotel. The overall experience was fantastic.

The superior double room was nice with a balcony and the room was spacious. It is a neat old building.
The less expensive rooms are quite small with an awkward layout.

The hotel was very comfortable with plenty of space. The hotel is well located for tourism: unfortunately we arrived on 01 May adn the city was shut down so could not enjoy the old city.
The shower was not that clean. The concept is great but marks on the walls and dirty, rusted bins spoiled the overall effect.

Leaving the hotel after our one night booking !!!
It is an extremely old hotel in the oldest, ugliest, dirtiest and unsafe part of the city. The hotel and room felt dirty. To get to the "restaurant", you had to climb up a very narrow, steep set of stairs. If you couldn't climb the stairs (and they weren't easy even for someone without physical restraints), there was no other way to get there. Food in "restaurant" was minimal and staff weren't very friendly or helpful.

Very nice hotel with with turn of the century style. Perfectly located close to Plaza Independencia. The rooms are recently renovated in a modern and interesting style. Small but nice breakfast room on the 5:th floor with city view. Friendly staff.
